Payment

Ordren er først gyldig når fuld betaling er modtaget.

Beløbet trækkes først når hele ordren er afsendt.

Delivery

Delivery is made with Post Nord and is shipped, if the stock allows it, the day after a completed order.

If the stock is empty, I promise that the printer will run as much as necessary and will ship as soon as the item is ready. Under normal circumstances, this will be within 3 days.

If this cannot be complied with, you will be contacted for further arrangements.

Right of withdrawal and return

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt according to Danish law..

You must cover any expenses you may have in connection with the return, and the item must be sent back securely packaged..

Refunds will be initiated as soon as the item is received back, and do not include shipping costs.

Complaint

If anything slips through quality control that is not okay, please contact me as soon as you have the opportunity so we can find a solution together..

But remember that even though the quality is high, it is plastic that can break if stepped on or if it receives other rough treatment, and I obviously cannot take responsibility for that.
